I ordered mats for my car i was weirdly excited when they arrived. The colour is spot on, like ridiculously perfect, and the trim matched the pictures exactly. I may have overreacted a bit staring at them in the car, but they look so good. Really happy with them!

I ordered my car mats on Monday and they showed up by Wednesday, which was really quicker than I was expecting.

I got a few emails along the way letting me know where the order was, so I didn’t have to chase anything up. Really nice when a website just gets it sorted and it arrives when they say it will.

I had a small issue with the fit, so I emailed them and they got it sorted really quickly. after a couple of less helpful customer service experiences recently, this one felt like a breath of fresh air. Happy with how it all turned out.

The mats showed up on time, which was good, but one of the rear mats was a little different from what I ordered. It still fits fine, just not exactly what I was expecting, if that makes sense. A bit annoying, but not a huge deal.

I wasn’t totally sure at first, but they actually had my old Civic listed and the mats seem to fit just fine. Overall, I’d say it was a good choice

I ordered a set from carmats4u and, to be fair, they turned up fine. Delivery was alright and they do fit the car properly, so I can’t really complain about that part.

But the mats themselves are a bit of a letdown. They’re way thinner and lighter than I expected from the photos, and the driver’s side one already bends when I move my feet around. That’s annoying when you’ve paid expecting something a bit sturdier.

They’ll probably do the job for now, but I don’t have loads of confidence they’ll last very long. For the price, I was definitely expecting better, so yeah, disappointed.

I got these for my car after getting so tired of my old mats bunching up under my feet every time I drove. These have been such a relief, the anti-slip backing really does its job, and they stay put nicely. The fit was good too, nothing complicated or annoying to deal with.

I’ve had this for about 2 years now and it’s still doing fine. that shouldn’t feel impressive, but with how much stuff seems to fall apart after a few months these days, it kind of is. No drama, no issues, still works like it should. Can’t really complain...

I got my mats from Car Mats 4 U the heel pad feels rock solid. It’s nice and thick, not that flimsy cheap stuff at all. My old mat wore down in what felt like five minutes, but this one looks like it could survive a small apocalypse. The fit was great too, so I’m really happy with it...

To be fair, the return was accepted without much fuss, but the refund took longer than I expected. After waiting a bit, I had to follow up and escalate it before I finally got a proper response. Support did reply in the end and it wasn’t a complete nightmare, but the whole process felt slower than it needed to be. It could definitely be handled more smoothly...

The mats themselves were fine when I opened the box, so I can’t really complain too much there. That said, the packaging felt a bit basic. One side of the box was slightly squashed and the mats had shifted around inside, which didn’t give the best first impression. Luckily nothing was actually damaged, but I do think a bit more padding or stronger tape would make a difference. Overall, the product is okay, but the packaging could definitely be improved.
